The house of San Matteo [~Agios Mathaios], situated at the top of Cape Koutoula, touches the sea breeze and the waves, like a seagull and eagle as a protector of the earth low, the sea further and the blue sky high, looking after with affection and care exactly as family’s grandfather Manthos. The house of San Matteo, our latest addition, is one more elegant diamond to the Elafonisi Villas collection. A small paradise for those who are seeking primordial contact with nature combined with romance and a sense of freedom, without sacrificing comfort and luxury.

On the way from the airport to San Matteo you feel like stepping into a dream where time does not matter, and its script written by a poet. You unleash all those thoughts that distract you from your truth, and you immediately indulge in your inner self, getting closer to the essentials of life, (re)establishing your connection with the incomparable beauty of nature.

Time is suddenly perceived only by the course of the celestial bodies – the clock puts its place in the sun. Day intervals, such as noon, afternoon and evening, define the daily routine and stimulate other everyday habits.

Interior

It has 4 master bedrooms with double bed, overlooking the sea. An independent WC, a fully-equipped kitchen, open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen covers an area of 230 m² in total. The atrium features an outdoor fireplace and swings.

Exterior

A specially designed swimming pool of 25 m lenght creating an L shape, perfectly harmonized with the nature. Outdoor seating and sun loungers, comfortable sofas, outdoor dining room, and barbecue are the elements that make up the outdoor spaces ideal for summer sunbathing.

The pool can be heated at an additional cost per day, which is paid in cash upon arrival. A 2 days notice is required.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation please notify immediately in writing. The following cancellation policy is applied:
-Free cancellation for cancellations 56 days (8 weeks) prior to arrival.
-For cancellations less than 8 weeks before the check-in, no refund will take place. We therefore strongly recommend a travel insurance.

COVID-19 EMERGENCY CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to be eligible to make use of the Covid-19 Emergency Cancellation Policy, guests should provide official documentation from governmental authorities of their country that there are travel restrictions as follows:
-Full Refund: in case of regional or national lockdown due to Covid-19 in the country of origin or in Greece on the check-in day / during the dates of the booking
-Credit Voucher (client is entitled to reschedule the booking within 18 months): in case of other governmental travel restrictions caused by Covid-19.
