The villa offers an incredible view over Souda bay
 

Entering the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan area which consists of the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and an entrance to a veranda. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one single bedroom and a double bedroom, that can also be made to twin bedroom with 2 single beds.  Both bedrooms offer magnificent views from the balconies. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower.

On the second floor there is a beautiful attic. It includes a double bed, a closet room and a bathroom enclosure with hydro-massage shower. There is also a private balcony.

From outside of the villa you can enter and independent studio with direct access to the garden. In the studio you will find an open-plan area with a small living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The studio also offers a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.

The outdoor area offers a private 50 m² ecological swimming pool (satination system & chlorine free) with crystal-clear fresh water, a large garden with grass area and palm trees, a BBQ area, a dining area, sofas, sun loungers, umbrellas, as well as a ping pong table.

The pool can be heated at an extra charge/day

The maid service, with linen and towels change every 3 days is included in the rental rate
