Villa Golden hill offers you total quietness and privacy as it is located on a 6000 m² hill surrounded by the Cretan nature. Explore our private hill and find more than 150 different flowers and fruit trees. The location is perfect as the villa seems to be isolated but at the same time everything is really close to it!

Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open-plan area consisting of the living room with a fireplace, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. There is also another sitting area, an office room and a toilet.The living room area opens to a veranda with a sitting area which also leads you to the pool and the garden.

Reaching on to the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms offers an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also the main bathroom. Spectacular sea views can be enjoyed from all the bedrooms.

A staircase from the living room leads you down to the lower floor. On this floor there is a gym, an open-plan area consisting of a playroom and a secondary kitchen. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms on this floor and a bathroom with shower.

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area is surrounded by different kinds of flowers and trees. Our outdoor facilities include a 90 m² ecological swimming pool with a hydro massage with sunbeds. Variety of fruit trees such as peach, apple, pear, grape, orange, fig, pomegranate and cherry trees all at your disposal. Outside you will also find a fully equipped BBQ area with a sink and a wood oven with two outdoor dining tables under pergolas. The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering 100% privacy to our guests.

*The pool can also be heated with an additional daily charge upon request for the entire stay and it requires one-week’s advance notice.
