Villa Bella Estate, elegance and simplicity amidst a valley of olive groves, yet just a stone's throw away from the Cretan Sea.

This contemporary, brand-new villa hides amongst the olive trees, just a 10-minute walk from a beautiful, well-maintained beach and the picturesque village of Sisi. Offering breath-taking views over the sea, mountains and olive groves, this luxurious property is close to all the local amenities; an ideal combination for the perfect summer holiday.

The villa is divided over 3 levels. Entering on the ground floor you will come to a spacious, open-plan dining and living area, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. On the same level there are 2 stylish double bedrooms ,both with en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The bedrooms have full access to the terrace and private heated pool. From the living room guests can also directly access the shaded lounge, barbeque facilities and the outdoor dining area. On the same level a separate WC can be found.

On the first floor there are 2 more double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms featuring walk-in showers and double sinks. Finally, on the lower floor there are 2 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

The spacious outside area offers a wide sun terrace with comfortable loungers, parasols, a large heated swimming pool with crystal-clear waters (heating at an extra charge of 100€/day) and a complete BBQ area with a professional cooling unit. Right next to the pool guests can enjoy an artificial beach with real sand, perfect to soak up as much sun as possible before jumping back into the cool, refreshing water.

All rooms can come with either twin or double beds, please specify this in your reservation request.

For pool heating there is an extra charge of 100€/day.

No groups under the ages of 24 years.
