Villa Thalia is a brand-new luxurious property with private pool. The design follows a modern decoration at simplistic line. It is located near the city of Chania in a quiet place surrounded by nature, thus offering absolute privacy. Next to villa Thalia is its sister villa Erato.

Villa Thalia features 2 double rooms with fully-equipped bathrooms. There is a large living area with a fireplace and own fully-equipped bathroom, thus it can accommodate one more guest. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful views of the hill with the olive trees. In the extension of the living area and the kitchen, there is a private pool and a fruit and local herb garden, along with a small vineyard that produces grapes throughout the summer season.

Agia is a small village that combines more than a visitor would expect. It is set a few kilometres from the city centre of Chania and the north coastline of Crete. The beautiful lake of Agia can be found there, a natural wetland, protected by Natura 2000, close to Fasas valley. Agia lake receives water from underground springs originating from Lefka Ori and the river Xekolomenos. This small lake hosts the largest variety of the Cretan fauna and flora and provides shelter to many migratory and non-migratory birds.
