Villa Sendal is a brand-new, modern villa located at the top of the hill of Chavgas area in Plaka, offering a spectacular view to Elounda Bay and the famous picturesque UNESCO-protected island of Spinalonga – Kalydon.

Villa Sendal is an extremely luxurious residence that extends on three levels, covering a total area of 450 m². Its architectural design is fully blended with the area’s landscape: both outdoors and indoors, the local gray stone of the prefecture of Lassithi dominates its decor and in combination with wooden floors and furniture, it adds a tone of warmth and luxury to the space. The villa is equipped with carefully hand-picked furniture and decoration items in bright colours and offers all modern comforts, such as a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air-conditioning units and free Wi-Fi internet access. The wide windows and doors allow the unlimited view of the calm gulf to intrude inside all the areas, creating a unique atmosphere. At the same time, the villa offers multiple spacious verandas/ outdoor areas and modern bathrooms.

This spectacular villa comprises a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, a WC, a TV room and 6 en-suite bedrooms. Entering the main entrance and going down a few steps you are in the open-plan living room area, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. The ground level has a direct access to a modern style furnished veranda and the clear crystal waters of the gorgeous infinity pool. On the first floor there are three en-suite bedrooms, two bedrooms offering panoramic views to Elounda Bay and the Island of Spinalonga. Two more en-suite bedrooms are at the lowest level of Villa Sendal, with beautiful outdoor sitting area and panoramic view to the Aegean Sea. The last en-suite bedroom has its own separate entrance with view on the terrace.  

The fishing villages of Plaka and Elounda are 4 and 7 km away and  the lively shops, bars and restaurants of the lakeside town of Agios Nikolaos are only 15 kilometers away.
