There is a tennis court on the grounds which is shared by all villas.

-A deposit of non-refundable 30% is required upon booking.
-The 60% also non-refundable balance is required 6 weeks prior to the arrival. 
-The damage deposit must be paid prior to arrival and check-in through bank wire transfer and refundable 7 days after departure minus eventual damage charges if any.
