Villa Orama - a unique luxury residence

Orama Luxury Villa is located in Piskopiano, a peaceful traditional village nestled between Old Hersonissos and Koutouloufari. Local points of interest, cafés, and traditional cuisine are all within walking distance. The center of the famous and cosmopolitan Hersonissos, just 800 meters away, offers small beaches, a wide variety of cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, vibrant nightlife, and easy access to the main port attractions. Heraklion Airport is only a 20-minute drive from Orama Villa.

The minimal-style, luxury-decorated villa is built on three floors, while an elevator provides you with easy access to all floors. As you enter the ground floor, there is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a modern corner sofa  and a dining table for 8 persons. On this floor you wiil also find an en-suite twin bedroom.

A stairway or the elevator leads you to the first floor, which features the en-suite master bedroom, an en-suite double bedroom and an en-suite twin bedroom.

From the ground floor the elevator or the stairway leads to the lower floor of the property. It features a Swedish sauna for 4 persons, a Jacuzzi with hydro massage for 4 persons and a fully-equipped private gym. There is a shower room and a WC with a washing machine and a living room area to relax or play a video game on the Smart TV.

Outside on the ground level there is a large terrace with a dining table for 8 persons, a comfortable lounge and the BBQ area, overlooking the beautiful secluded garden with the swimming pools and the view over the Aegean Sea and the harbour of Hersonissos. A few steps and a ramp lead to the lawn and the large infinity pool (126 m²), the children’s pool and the outdoor shower.
