"Phedra's Olive Grove" villa is located on a 2 acres of olive trees giving the absolute sense of tranquility and relaxation. On the front side of the villa you will find a private pool of 45 m² that can be heated with an additional charge of 250€/week and a children’s pool.

The villa is divided into two floors and it is traditionally made with stone walls of 65 cm width, that preserve the natural coolness in the house. The villa is equipped with a state-of-the-art heating and cooling system.

On the ground floor you will find an open-plan space with a comfortable living room, a large dining room hosting up to 8 people and a fully-equipped kitchen with modern electrical devices. On the same level you will also find a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate guest’s toilet. Through the patio you have direct access to the pool, the outside lounge and the garden.

On the top floor there is a double and a twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms.
