The three-storey villa is designed to offer direct view to the sea and also, because it is located at the edge of the 4 villa complex, it offers full privacy to the pool area, which cannot be overlooked from the other sister villas.

Entering the villa in the main house there is an open-plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, the indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures. The living room area has direct access to a spacious balcony with a sitting area. On the same floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a twin bedroom, which can also be transformed to a double room if it is needed. A staircase leads to the first floor where two double bedrooms are located. Both bedrooms offer a balcony with a coffee table and chairs with amazing sea views. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. An additional bathroom with bath and shower is also found on the same floor.

The independent studio is located on the lower floor of the building and has its own entrance from the outdoor area. The living room area has direct access to the veranda with a sitting area. The studio has a bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be transformed into a double one if it is needed), together with a bathroom with shower.
